An experimental group exhibition featuring artworks by five immigrant artists from Ventura County and Los Angeles: Aaron Dadacay, Gladys Rodriguez, Olguin Tapia and Maria Villote. A Tribe Called attempts to engage the viewer in a visual discussion that confronts the audience with themes of alienation, assimilation, repetition, awareness, dissonance and identity using various unconventional mediums and installations. |
