Oxnard College Rising Scholars program provides support services to currently incarcerated, formerly incarcerated, or system-impacted students in continuing their education by removing barriers to college enrollment through addressing their academic, personal, and social needs. Students are encouraged to pursue their educational goals in a welcoming and inclusive environment that supports reentry into their communities. Students are provided with a clear pathway to resources at Oxnard College to empower student success and academic achievement.
