The Extended Opportunity Program and Services at Oxnard College provides services to low income and educationally disadvantage students. More specifically, EOPS provides academic and financial support to students whose educational and socioeconomic backgrounds might prevent them from successfully attending college. Consistent with the overall mission of Oxnard College, EOPS empowers and inspires students to succeed in their personal and educational goals, which may be to transfer to a four-year university, occupational development, general education, second language acquisition, and/or basic skills development.
