Where to purchase your physical ID card
Students can purchase their student ID cards with the Student Business Office. The Student Business office is located on the first floor of the Student Services Building next to the Admissions & Records service windows. The ID card for the semester costs $10, and for the year (fall, spring, and summer), it costs $15. Please walk to the Associated Student Government building once you have paid and received your receipt.
Where to receive your physical ID card
Students may have their physical student ID cards produced in person with proof of receipt at the Associated Student Government (ASG) building next to the Student Lounge. The closest parking lots for students seeking to access ASG are G and H, which are visible on the Oxnard College campus map.
What should you do if you have an ID voucher?
If you have a voucher from EOPS, it is essential to take it to the Student Business office first for a signature and return it with the yellow receipt portion to the ASG office. If you have a waiver voucher from Financial Aid or Rising Scholars, please ensure it is signed and dated.
How to replace your physical ID if lost or stolen:
If you need a replacement ID, go to the Student Business Office, purchase the replacement for $2, and head to the Associated Student Government building with your receipt.
