Degrees are conferred at the end of each semester and posted to students' records eight to ten weeks following the end of the term for which the application for graduation was submitted. 

Diplomas will not be automatically mailed. Students must respond and follow the steps in the email sent from diplomaorder@michaelsutter.com. To claim your diploma, follow the instructions in the email and update your diploma name, address, and contact information before the diploma can be mailed.
