The Chicano Studies Program invites you to a special screening of Even the Rain (También la lluvia) on Tuesday, February 18, at 6:00pm in the Liberal Arts Building, Room 8.
This powerful film explores themes of colonialism, resistance, and the ongoing struggles for justice in Latin America. Set against the backdrop of the Cochabamba Water War in Bolivia, Even the Rain challenges us to reflect on the intersections of history, capitalism, and indigenous rights — issues that remain deeply relevant today.
All students, faculty, and community members are welcome!
