Join us at this free community event on Wednesday, December 4th from 11:00am - 12:15pm in the Black Box Theater (located inside the Performing Arts Building) at Oxnard College.
This speaker event will feature Oxnard City Manager, Alex Nguyen, and UCLA Professor, Veronica Terriquez, as they examine the “Thriving Youth” study conducted by the UCLA Chicano Studies Research Center. They will also examine the challenges and barriers facing young adults in Oxnard. We invite you to join us in learning what these findings reveal for our community and what the path to progress will be.
