Cafecito con Career x U.S. Navy

Join the OC Career Center and Proyecto Éxito Teams as we welcome the U.S. Navy to speak on behalf of the Navy IMPACT Program Summer 2024 Internship during our Cafecito con Career. Students will enjoy coffee and refreshments, learn more about the Management, Business and Leadership Summer Internship Opportunity (IMPACT) hosted at the Port Hueneme Base, and ask questions about the application.
Naval Surface Warfare Center, Port Hueneme Division (NSWC PHD) is offering a paid business, management and leadership internship for students enrolled at least part-time in an institution of higher education.
Requirements for Internship:
- Students must be at least 18 years of age
- Have a 2.75 GPA
- Be enrolled in a non-STEM vocational certificate or degree program such as humanities, liberal arts, political science, criminal justice, graphic design, management, business administration, journalism or corporate communications
- Have completed 1 year of post-secondary studies prior to the internship start date
The OC Career Center and Proyecto Éxito will be offering support for students completing their application, cover letter, and resume for the internship opportunity.
