All new and continuing financial aid students are expected to accept the Financial Aid Student Rights and Responsibilities as part of the Aid Year financial aid process.
The Student Rights and Responsibilities, formerly Student Terms and Conditions, is the guiding document for Satisfactory Academic Progress (SAP) standards, and contains critical information afforded to students who receive financial aid. You are expected to also understand:
- Return to Title IV (R2T4)
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Application Verification
- Attending Hours
- Freeze Date
- Student Educational Plan
- Program of Study
- Remedial Courses
- Repeated Coursework
The Student Rights and Responsibilities have been published on the Oxnard College Financial Aid Web site and on your MyVCCCD portal, financial aid channel. Questions about the SAP standards and/or other financial aid policies should be directed to the Financial Aid Office.
