Spring 2026
-Drop for non-payment for Spring 2026 will begin at 12:01AM on December 8, 2025
-Payment Plan Enrollment for Spring 2026 are available from October 27, 2025, through January 31, 2026
-Parking permits for Spring 2026 will be available early January 2026.
The Student Business Office is located on the first floor of the Student Services Building next to the Admissions & Records service windows. It is committed to excellence in providing a variety of financial services to the students at Oxnard College.
Business Hours:
Monday - Thursday: 8:00am - 5:00pm
Friday: 8:00am - 12:00pm
Our office is responsible for:
- Collecting payments for student fees, childcare fees and other obligations.
- Refunds - to process you must fill out a refund request form. (Please use the link in the sidebar on this page)
- Student Fee waivers - to process you must fill out a waiver form. (Please use the link in the sidebar on this page)
- Scholarship tracking and processing.
