Submit this form if you are currently enrolled in the last remaining courses required for your degree/certificate or if you have already completed the requirements. Degrees/certificates are NOT granted automatically. You must apply for them to earn them:
By completing this form, you are requesting a degree/certificate, CSUGE/IGETC, or noncredit certification application to be completed on your behalf by an Oxnard College counselor. About 1-2 weeks after submitting this form, you will receive an email confirmation to your MyVCCCD email indicating that a counselor has reviewed and submitted the degree/certificate (graduation) application to the OC Admissions & Records Office.
Final processing by the OC Admissions & Records Office does not begin until all grades have been posted, approximately one week after the end of the term. Processing may take 8 - 10 weeks after the end of the term for which the student has applied for graduation.
Students will receive an email from diplomaorder@michaelsutter.com requesting their mailing address. To receive their diploma, students must open the email from diplomaorder@michaelsutter.com and follow the steps to enter their mailing address.
