OC LIVE invites you to join us for “The Footage” — a new play and sci-fi thriller by world-renowned playwright Stephen Gregg with a Q&A by the playwright and director, Nicholas C. Pappas, immediately following the performance. Gregg and Pappas will discuss the process of developing a play, making a living as a playwright, and what makes for good theatre. They will also take questions from the audience.

This inaugral production by Oxnard College’s Theatre Department will take place at 7:00pm on Thursday, March 28th in the beautiful Oxnard College Performing Arts Building. This particular performance will be a FREE event since it is being brought to you by OC LIVE.

Synopsis of The Footage: Pel 20, the first manned ship ever to go through a Fold in space, has failed to return. Pel 21, the second manned ship ever to go through a Fold in space, has also failed to return. One of the Pel 21 crew manages to get holographic footage to Earth that shows the final days on Pel 21. Those on Earth try, desperately, to figure out what happened as the incomprehensible events unfold on the ship. This Sci-Fi Thriller is sure to leave you unnerved.
